Students connect Practice to your course with a Practice connect code tied to that course. Generate consent links in Consent Management; each link includes the signup path and connect code for rostered students.

After students sign up with the same email on your roster, their Practice baseline survey and rehearsal scores can appear in Results → Learning Outcomes.

Evaluation materials are always stored for instructional use by the course instructor and authorized unit administrators. This consent (18+) additionally allows ValidBound to use deidentified/aggregated evaluation content to operate and improve SpeechGradebook (including private model improvement from instructor corrections), without naming students in public materials. Decline, under-18, or no response: instructional storage and instructor/admin export still apply; ValidBound will not include those materials in LLM training or R&D exports. Consent is voluntary and does not affect grades. Full student-facing text: consent form + Privacy Policy.
