By using Speech Gradebook (“the application”), you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and with your institution’s policies where applicable.
Speech Gradebook is provided for educational use. You are responsible for your account and for ensuring that your use of the application (including evaluation of student work and storage of data) complies with FERPA, your institution’s policies, and applicable law.
You may not use the application to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or misuse student or institutional data. You must obtain any required consent (e.g. student data-use consent) before using the application in a manner that involves sharing or processing that data as described in the application.
Evaluations may use third-party AI services or a fine-tuned model. Use of those services may be subject to their respective terms. The application does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated feedback; instructors remain responsible for grading and feedback decisions.
The application is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. For questions about these terms, contact your institution or the support email listed in the application.
